Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business challenges and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and analyze data to guide organizational decision-making
- Collaborate with frontline leaders to enhance leadership and management behaviors
- Facilitate problem-solving and build consensus among cross-functional teams
- Deliver swift, measurable results to improve client efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of direct supervision and management experience
- Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Travel Requirements: This position requires 100% domestic travel (Sunday-Friday, year-round). Travel rewards and miles earned belong to the consultant. Weekend travel flexibility is available.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary
- $590 biweekly travel reimbursement per diem for client site work
- $180 biweekly allowance for parking and transportation
